The Bailo family started a small activity by collecting and manufacturing fresh casings more than 100 years ago and over 5 generations the activity of production and business has increasingly diversified and widened up to the present structure. Nowadays all kind of salted natural casings, dried tubed hog and sheep casings: pasted casings, collagen casings and other by-products for sausages such as strings, elastic nets, plastic tubes, spices and additives are commercialised both nationally and internationally.
